ネットワークの多様化が経済と心理に及ぼす影響-計量・行動経済学と理系の融合研究-(基盤研究A)

研究の概要

    近年、経済のグローバル化が拡大する中で、同時に保護主義も台頭している。
    これは、グローバル化の恩恵を受けられない人々がいるからか、そもそも人間が本質的に閉鎖的であるからか。
    本研究はこのような問題意識の下、グローバル化のような「ネットワークの多様化」、特に自分が属するグループ外の「よそ者」とのつながりの構築が、他の経済主体にどのように不均等な影響を及ぼすのかを、ネットワーク構造の違いに注目して分析する。さらに、人為的な介入によってネットワークを多様化すれば、人間の持つ本質的な閉鎖性を軽減できるのかをも検証する。
    本研究の特長は、世界規模の企業データ、途上国農村世帯データ、Twitterデータなど様々なデータや社会実験を利用して、計量経済学、行動経済学にネットワーク科学、機械学習などを融合した分析を行うことだ。本研究の目的は、それによって新しい学術的なエビデンスを提示し、社会的厚生を高める政策形成に貢献することである。
